Meet Coach Nik Reyes

Founder of Receiver Lab, Nikolas Reyes is a dedicated athlete, coach, and mentor whose football journey spans the fields of Regiopolis Notre-Dame to Ontario University Athletics (OUA), where he suited up for both the Ottawa U Gee-Gees and Windsor Lancers. His passion and persistence earned him a spot with Team Ontario at the prestigious International Bowl in Texas, and later, a place on Canada’s U18 national team at the Canada Cup.

Nikolas brings more than just experience—he delivers insight and heart. With a background in Criminology, he offers a unique perspective on discipline, mental toughness, and personal growth. His coaching philosophy centers around honesty, patience, and the belief that every athlete deserves individual attention and constant support.

While chasing his own football goals, Nikolas also gave back, spending four seasons coaching with the Kingston Grenadiers, where he cultivated leadership, developed young talent, and deepened his commitment to the game.

A lifelong multi-sport athlete, Nikolas has also excelled in soccer, basketball, hockey, rugby, volleyball, and lacrosse, giving him an edge in understanding movement, strategy, and performance across disciplines.
